Butterfly Ivy Vintage aims to provide all of my clients with excellent service, by placing your order with me you are agreeing to my terms and conditions below.
- I require a non refundable deposit of £50.00 at time of order to secure your event date with me.
- 8 weeks before your event 50% of the balance is due with the remaining balance due 14 days before.
- Cancellations are required in writing, 100% hire costs will be charged if within 14 days of event.
- A breakage deposit of £150.00 is required as security against loss/damages, this will be returned after items have been checked on return.
- Delivery is free within A 10 mile radius, clients are able to collect. Anything over 10 miles will be charged at 25p per
- A washing up service is offered however items are to be clear of food and drink.
- All items will be packaged carefully and in secure containers, it is the clients responsibility to ensure all items are repacked for safe return
